Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how appointment cancellations made through BarberFlow are handled.

BarberFlow is a product operated by May Software Inc. (“BarberFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By booking an appointment through BarberFlow, you agree to this Cancellation Policy and any additional shop- specific terms presented at checkout.

Appointments may be cancelled without charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time.

If you cancel at least 1 hour before your appointment, no cancellation fee will be charged under BarberFlow’s default policy.

If you cancel less than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time, or do not attend your appointment, you may be charged in accordance with the policy shown during booking.

Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit, pre-authorization, or other amount permitted by the applicable shop’s booking terms.

You can cancel an appointment using the BarberFlow booking flow, confirmation link, or any other cancellation method provided by the shop.

A cancellation is effective only when it has been successfully submitted and confirmed through the applicable channel.

Any refunds, deposit returns, or cancellation charges are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of booking and the applicable shop’s policies.

BarberFlow provides the booking technology only and does not independently guarantee refunds for late cancellations, missed appointments, or disputes between customers and shops.

Some shops using BarberFlow may publish their own cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or no-show terms.

Where a shop-specific policy is presented during checkout, that policy may supplement this Cancellation Policy. If there is a conflict, the shop-specific policy presented for that booking will govern to the extent permitted by law.

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page, and continued use of BarberFlow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
